AMERICAN HARP SOCIETY GRANT

Pictures on Silence has been awarded a grant from the American Harp Society Chamber Music America to commission a double concerto for harp, saxophone and strings. The new work, written by Australian composer Andiran Pertout will be premiered in March 2013 in Houston, Texas with the Foundation for Modern Music.


ARTIST RESIDENCY

Pictures on Silence has been honored with an artist residency from Yellow Barn, where they will collaborate with composers David Smooke and Ken Ueno to create a new work involving scultpture, drama and movement.
